I was satisfied with Byron. But the work with fix auto was a bad experience. They said the job would take less than a week and took 3 weeks. Got the car back the panels were not put back correctly, the headliners were dirty and they did not plug back my break lights.

Our van door was fixed as expected but in the process our window on the door is no longer is able to open/close. This was not an issue before bringing our van for service as we recently open/closed our window the previous day. The issue was caused by the repair team but our service agent denied any responsibility for it. Disappointed in the services at Hardin.
