I was told my vehicle was ready so when I arrived, my vehicles engine light and brake light were still on. I notified the service advisor and my vehicle was taken to the back to be looked at. I was then notified my vehicle was being driven to have the dash lights cleared. This process took an extra hour out of my busy schedule.
