My father went this past Monday to take his car for a repair and waited for a phone call from the representative about the findings of the issues my dad needed the car to get done. He waited from 11 am up until 4 pm and no one call him to give him and update. Concerned about the time he waited patiently at your location, he went to speak to the representative and he verbally told him that perhaps the car wasn't even touched so my dad decided to take the car and come back home. He asked for his car back and at the check out, he was told he had to pay approximately $178. The problem here is that he wasn’t properly informed of the repairs needed and paid for a diagnosis without being accurately informed. We are not satisfied by the way my father was treated. I really hope someone reads this survey.

I took my car one day before appointment date and Byron had my car ready next day by noon. I appreciate his professional service . Service completed included fuel pump recall , software update and multi point inspection. It seems Byron is running the car drop off all by himself . He could use some extra help to process car drop off department.

This is no reflection of Byron. Something is wrong with your phone service. I had a hard time getting through to set up an appointment. When I did finally get through, I got cut off and had to go through the process over again.
