Cesar Melena went above and beyond to provide great service. He was able to get a fast response for me to be able to fed my AC fixed and provided me work updates when it was needed. Thank you so much for your help! Great customer service!

My experience was bad from the start. When my fiancé called to make the appointment we let them know about the recall and the blue light that appeared around the odometer. When I showed up to the appointment they only mentioned the recall. I told the gentleman Byron that the blue light around the odometer and how it didn’t appear till about two weeks prior. I was brushed off and told it was normal. I then asked if they can still take a look because that light had not been on since Iv had the vehicle until two weeks ago. I was ignored and told it was normal , proceeded with my paper work then left. When I picked up my car today I asked if they checked the blue light issues and was told no that it was just the recall. I asked why not and the gentlemen at the check in counter went over to talk to Byron and was once again told it was normal and that it didn’t need to be checked. I was then once again shrugged off and was told my vehicle would be out front. The gentle men that brought my car out said here you go and left. I can’t believe I was treated with such terrible service. When I took my vehicle to the quick service side I didn’t have any issues, when I purchased the car no issues. After what I experienced today I will not bring my services back.

Bad customer service. Did not keep us informed about progress of vehicle.and then he not answer the teléfono when I called him and I went to there an my car it’s not ready yet when they told me is will be ready at 10am so I not happy with him sorry

Great customer service ! I was kept informed as my car was being serviced. Always a job well done !

Appointment was scheduled at 9:15 for my car, my vehicle did not get checked in until 9:45 am. I had my husband take my vehicle as the hours available for the software update my car required did not work with my work schedule. He said he did not get checked in until 9:45, 30 minutes after the appointment time which is unacceptable.

Customer service was excellent outstanding all my questions were answered and proper manner. I never have bad service, courtesies is outstanding.
