I dropped off my vehicle around 8 am on June 22nd. I was not contacted about the status of my vehicle until I called the next day. I also left 2 voicemail and sent texts without reply. I was advised that I was not contacted because the guy who took my car was fired and the manager did not follow-up. I was charged for the diagnosis even though I was told $152 was an estimate for the repairs which were not completed and totalled $955. I took my car to try to get an estimate elsewhere.

It’s not a good feeling to be made to feel like one is crazy. The audio system in my CRV hybrid does not work but because their technicians cannot duplicate the problem while they have it in their possession for 30 minutes I’m told that there’s nothing they can do to fix the problem which leads me to believe that Honda has faulty equipment and just sells it knowing that they will never be able to fix it.
