I had made an appointment at 7am for an oil change which I was told would only take 2 hours. Then when I checked in I was told my car would be done around 11am, no shuttle available neither was car washing. When I didn't get a call close to noon I called in but Byron was at lunch and nobody else could give me status of my car. Finally I called again around 2:30pm and was told my car would be done around 3:30pm. I know things are tough because of COVID, but I didn't have this lack of communication at Toyota of Orange. There was no response even with the text that was sent to me. My windshield got dirtier when I picked up the car. My entire day was wasted from waiting for my car to be done. Byron was always helpful and on top of things that's why I always contact him for my services. He was helpful this time but just lack in the communication.

Didn’t like the service writer at all. His responses to my questions weren’t good. Example. When I said my car will be ready today. He responded well if we have all the parts. If you don’t have the parts, you shouldn’t make appointments for service! Didn’t like his fake go by the script performance. Was not credible.

Alfredo was very helpful in finding a quick and efficient solution to a simple issue I had. He promised less than an hour for service and kept his promise. I was also happy that my tires quickly got inspected and had air put in them even if it’s not what I went for, that was going above and beyond for me. Failed to place a simple cotter pin on our car's tiered, and almost cause a major accident, or worse, my wife's life. Then they lied to us and said it was seemed off or broke off, impossible, I know how a cotter pin and castle nut work. Then when we picked up the car after having it towed back to Honda, they acted like it was no big deal, not even apologetic. Feel free to call me to discuss. We were planning to be lifelong Hardin customers.
