Car has been at the service several times for same issue and it still not repaired. My car is still there and has been there for over a week, I get no updates, tried calling, I can’t get a hold of the service advisor. Manager never picks up the phone. So sick of this place.

It was the first time I was disappointed. Just took my 2012 Accord in for an oil change/fluid check before going out of town this weekend. Adrian let me know after the mechanic found my front brakes needed to be replaced and it would take 45 minutes. Fine, but it took close to an hour and a half. I saw my car parked after it was washed and 15 minutes later, Chris informed me Adrian was across the street. Communication with a customer is key! No need to call me. Just one crummy experience. Hardin Honda Service Department is the only place I’ll ever take my car.

Cezar was great but the mechanics should not move the customer’s seat back if there is a car seat installed. This can compromise the safety of the car seats.
