We told the dealership that there was a problem with our AC approximately 5 weeks ago . At that time they said that they were unable to find an issue with it . MORE diagnostic tests should have been performed as here we are 5 weeks later back again with a more severe AC issue ! Now they said it’s the compressor and that they don’t have one in stock and it may take up to 3 weeks to receive it . So now we are looking at 3 times having to leave our minivan with no loaner available or no shuttle service . Very disappointing and quite frankly unacceptable
