Technician was unable to complete the work because I was told he could not get ahold of Honda to take care of my computer problems that were created by Honda to being with. I am on my third day to get the issue fixed again. I will not come back again for this kinda of problem because Technician is usable to fix problems due to Honda.I am done with this kind of inadequacy from Honda.

Darin is amazing! He has helped me twice now when I have come in for an oil change for my Accord. He is very friendly, accomodating and efficient. He provides excellent service above and beyond. I told him that I will ask for him next time I come in for my oil change. He would be a major asset to any business and be glad that he works for you. If I had a company, I would want all employees to be like Darin. I used to Manage restaurants and have worked in customer service many years.
