Wasn't happy when I was informed that even I personally had replaced my cabin filter and engine filter, I HAD to replace them again since I was due for a major service. If I did a minor service that negated my ability to get a free oil change every other time. I paid for the major service, but not sure I'll be back. Haven't taken the car anywhere else for service, but since I replaced two filters myself, I felt punished for doing it. Just didn't sit well with me. Service was fine, policy wasn't. No need to contact me.
