I was disappointed not to receive a call from the service agent. I took my car in for. 45,000 service just after 9 am. It was not a busy day according to Cezar. I finally called the service department at 2:30 to check on the status of my car.
Cezar gave us a 10% discount on the brake service, I believe because of the delay.

Cezar was very helpful, he provided an accurate timeline of how long my car would take to be serviced. Once I had checked out, I remembered I wanted my camera looked at - Cezar promptly got a tech to look at it. It was a total plus that Cezar is bilingual too!
