Waiting time beyond 45 minutes to be serviced by one staff who was picking orders, closing orders, signing off paper works, payment receivables......was totally unacceptable. The total time just for so-called Express Service from arrival to finish was 3 hrs. There were couple folks walking around or sitting inside the office should have come out to welcome customers and picking up orders. This reflects poor and deficiency in your management.

Don’t call me. My only complain is the waiting time. I think the service to my vehicle got pushed back and I waited 3 1/2 hours there when I was told it would take 1:45-2:00 hours.
