Not happy at all, had to call dealer for update on my vehicle multiple times. I was then told my car would be ready in 15mins and I would relieve a call back. I waited for 30mins and had to call back because no one called me turns out my vehicle was ready but no one had called me to let me know I could pick it up. Also, when I arrived the paperwork was not ready even though I had informed Honda that I would be right over to pick up my car. Very frustrating. Upon leaving I noticed my computer had not been updated, they also did not check my battery even though I asked them to because triple A said my battery was bad. Really awful experience.

The only thing I had an issue with was I dropped my car off on a Tuesday at 4 pm and told my car would be ready the following day. Instead it was ready Thursday at 11 am. This resulted in me not being able to go to work on Thursday as I didn’t plan on not having a car.
