I was enticed into fixing the engine filter and cabin air filter in the car without actually replacing it. I had to personally ask my advisor if they replaced them....the car was brought out while the advisor was getting my consent to replacement of air filters.

Juan was very helpful and very kind. I like that I joked with him about my name pronunciation but my serious face didn’t seem like I was joking and he seemed worried about how I reacted, shows he really cares about what he’s doing, and I believe he was also very helpful of what I needed to know what was needed for my car. I also enjoyed the environment while I waited for my car to be ready, it’s very peaceful and relaxing, I also liked that Juan has his office located in the building and he still came to the customer lounge to inform me the stats of my car :)
