Alex told me he would get me the car by Wednesday but no call follow up. I had to call him. Then he told me it will be delayed to Thursday morning. No follow up - called on Thursday and he sad it will be ready by noon - k follow up - called him back he said he will have it ready by evening. I asked for the shuttle - he said ok . He did not follow up again until I called back - and I was informed that there was no shuttle - I didn’t hear a “sorry “ out of his mouth. Just that we don’t have shuttle - I thought you guys had better customer service than that. At least to apologize for the inconvenience and be empathetic. I had to take an Uber during
Rush hour and pay for it.
Was not offered a shuttle when I left the car either - very disappointed in the service received.
