Disappointment that it took about 12 calls to the service center in order for someone to answer/call back.
Im being charged a diagnostic fee and the service agent isn’t even a able to tell me exactly what is the problem. The code he gave me is a generic code that I can get from a regular scanner. The “solution” was to change out the whole transmission hardness but that may not fix the problem. How can you even give that out as an option if you are uncertain?
