Driver side visor doesn’t stay up, and is obviously defected. In talking with Jesus Lara the Service rep. He stated, that the visor isn’t covered by the warranty we have on the vehicle. But, I contacted the Honda Corporate office and spoke with Arnold in Honda Care, and he said that it’s a “mechanical” problem and he’s willing to make the exception to cover the visor. My problem with Jesus is, why did I have to call Honda Corp? He should’ve made the effort to satisfy me as the customer.
