Harding Honda has stopped rinsing vehicles after service. The service representative blamed the city of Anaheim for stopping the car wash practice. That appears to be completely fictional. Don’t you wash cars advertised for sale!!!! I don’t think of returning for the next services again. Even the shuttle wait time to for one direction was owner an hour. This doesn’t reflect a customer driven organization. The popcorn machine had old popcorn that was ant infested. Even tables have been removed in the waiting area. There appears to be low morale among staff as well. Hardin has made his money now it’s time to close shop. This is the beginning of it.
