Hi have the worse experience ever o did make a reservation to get the oil change in my car when I got there John Goehli was my service writer I check in at 2:43 and at 3:52 they pull up my car to tell me that they couldn’t make the service because there was a issue with the bolt or a part they couldn’t move which I do understand but why it got me so frustrated it’s that it took them almost 2 hrs for them to tell me that I felt that was very unprofessional from them so I try to not get upset with the service writer because I know is not his fault but it make my experience the worse experience ever I can believe that for a situation like that they need all that time to tell me they couldn’t make the service it seem to me that they were more focused on getting ready to go home
