My experience on Thursday with Adrian was the worse ever never will I have him help me check in for service . Really insulted me with his comments and making me wait another 45 minutes to get my car back after refusing he get help within my schedule appointment and of I took of I was gonna have to leave my car there and get diagnostics in 2 days .. I would not ever leave my car there over night just for a check up

I received a text from my service advisor on Monday morning, which was a good thing. However, I tried to send a question back on Tuesday morning and did not get a reply. I was able to call the service department later that day to see if my car was ready. It was but I did not get a call in advance that it was ready. Also, a minor thing. I had asked for tire rotation and the final bill said it was done. However, I have different color tire valve covers and they seemed to be in the same place as when I brought in my car. So I am not really sure the tires were rotated as asked.

We had a time problem the answer Adrian hot was not working so he pushed forward and came up with one that would work and finished my car i my opinion you have a all star in Adrian he is young but has a drive to make customers very happy and he did I will refer everyone I know to Hardin honda I have been in automotive industry for 46 years and retiring next month I would hire him for sure thanks again Adrian keep up good work thanks again
