I brought my car back in December, asked them to look at rear passage we tire because it was flat. They said it was fine. I took it to another shop and there was a nail it in. Also almost getting turned away because I should up at 4:29. The service department said who told you to come in. I said I didn’t get a name but I called.
This time I asked for balance in my car and it is still not balanced as my car is vibrating and shaky. I had to once again take it to another shop today when they told me it was not appropriately balanced. Not satisfied with service I am paying for

Cezar was very courteous and welcoming. He made me feel confident in the service I would receive. He contacted me about suggestions from the technician and what additional costs wnould be. I had missed information when dropping off the car but he was great when clearing it up for me. It was entirely my misunderstanding.

Juan came out to the car immediately when I arrived. I explained why I was there. He gave me a quote. Showed me where to wait. I was on my way very shortly. Very organized.
