I love being able to drive in for service and to wait in the lounge and doing my work on my computer. It is all very efficient for me. I will buy my next car from you guys!

Best dealership I have ever dealt with and only taken my 3 Hondas there. Always accommodating always efficient. I wish I had purchased from Hardin instead of Norm Reeves but the supply chain issue at the time. They treated me horribly and I told them they need to have Hardin Honda train their employees. The owner of Hardin and the General Manager as well as all the employees should wear a badge of honor. They’ve got it right there. Jesus was very helpful and knowledgeable as well as professional. He was able answer all my questions and had a great attitude. Hopefully I am able to work with him next time I get a service there. The guy at the counter where I went to pay also had a good attitude and was helpful when i asked him a question. Did not get his name though. I was also in and out of there within a reasonable amount of time. Will be going here again soon for a transmission flush.
