There was lack of communication, techs did not find issues but car is having problems still. I had the car at your business from 7 am to 3. Needless to say I am upset, I will not be back.

David came and greeted me within a few minutes of arriving at the service department. He helped me at the counter and gave me an estimated time my vehicle would be available. He called me during the oil change and indicated that my rear brake pads on my car needed to be replaced. He did not pressure me to buy, he even indicated that I could wait till next time. He quoted me the price and I decided to have the brake pads replaced. Thank you.
