Wonderful customer service!!!

The service advisor said it would take anywhere from 1 hour to 1 hour & a half. I waited and waited while everyone else who arrived after me, got the call that their vehicles were ready. Here I am waiting and waiting and sitting alone on the customer lounge while the entire time, my car was sitting in the same spot and was already down with the required service. I walked to the office and had to ask why my car was just sitting there when there are attendants standing all over the place and the mechanics were just pacing around and joking doing absolutely nothing. Again, I had to ask because no one offered to see why I was standing in there. Absolutely disrespectful and unprofessional. I couldn’t find Adrian who helped me check in and someone told me he was on lunch. I wanted my car as I had my infant with me and this situation was extremely frustrating due to nobody wanting to help. Again, I asked for my car and the older man who went to check said that my car wasn’t coming out yet so I demanded an answer but no one gave me an answer. Totally unacceptable. I had to ask a gentleman named Daniel or David who was laughing about the fact that I was bothered. I asked him why if my car was done why didn’t anyone bring it out and he said, “I don’t know”. How do you not know! I asked for the manger and he said he was ok lunch too! All bad. Very unprofessional and I will NOT return to this location.
