I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the recent experience I had at your dealership. This is not the first time I have been treated poorly at Hardin Honda, and I feel compelled to bring this matter to your attention.
To provide some context, I have been a loyal customer at your dealership and even purchased a 7-year warranty for my vehicle. During today's visit, I was informed about your pick-up and drop-off service, which I found quite convenient and was looking forward to using. However, my experience took an unexpected turn.
I was instructed to be ready for pick-up at 4:00 PM. To my surprise, the pick-up was delayed, and I ended up waiting for an additional 20-25 minutes at the designated location. This delay left me feeling frustrated and inconvenienced. If my vehicle was not ready, I fail to understand why I was picked up in the first place.
What further aggravated the situation was an interaction I had with one of your staff members. While I was on a phone call with a friend, expressing my dissatisfaction and mentioning that I might not return to your dealership for future car purchases, the staff member responded dismissively, saying, "That's fine." This lack of professionalism and disregard for a customer's concerns is simply unacceptable.
I want to emphasize that I was not addressing the staff member directly; I was on a private phone conversation. It was highly inappropriate for him to interject and respond in such a dismissive manner. This level of customer service is both astonishing and disappointing.
Given the repeated instances of poor treatment and the recent disrespectful encounter, I regret to inform you that I will no longer be returning to your dealership for any future car-related needs. I have always valued customer service and expect to be treated with respect and professionalism, which unfortunately has not been the case at Hardin Honda.
I hope you take my feedback seriously and address the issues within your organization. As a customer, I believe it is essential for businesses to be aware of areas that require improvement. It is my sincere hope that you will take the necessary steps to rectify these issues and ensure that other customers do not have to endure similar experiences.

Everything went smoothly when dropping off, waiting for my service was approximately the amount of time I expected. What I am disappointed with is that the windshield wipers/ wiper fluid was not checked although it was checked off as such. This makes me wonder what else was not actually checked .
I know this because my fluid is out and still out. If he had checked wipers I assume he would figure out there was no fluid.
