Had I known the service would take more than 3 hours I would have opted to be picked up so I could get back to work rather than wait and waste my time. It took so long I didn’t get a chance to have my recall fixed either. I needed to leave so I requested my car be returned after the oil change. I am grateful Alex offered a discount on the service and how he handled the situation. He was very nice, I just wish I had known it would take so long.

He wrote up my service needs & explain it may be warranty work.
He helped me with obtaining a shuttle ride to & from when I did not have an available way to go home & return to pick up car.
The car was serviced in a reasonable time & I was notified when it was ready.
