4th time in for the same recall issue…set up an after hours pick up at 430PM today and when I showed up at 640 my key was not there. Now I got a text that my cars picked up? Hoping it’s there for me after hours tomorrow. That’s if anyone actually answers the phone.

Chris is awesome! I got my car at Hardin Honda in 2015 and have always taken my car back to the dealer for oil changes because Chris and the express service team treat me so well.
