He was great. He helped me out with what I came in for and got it done faster than what he said it would take. He was very friendly and I appreciated his demeanor being very enthusiastic and ready to help with any other questions I may have had. Again he did a wonderful job and I’ll be saying the same if not better comments when I get that survey.

Firstly, this was a recall, you should arrange for transportation to and from Honda, I had to pay for Uber to come and pick up my car that you recalled.
Second, the part replaced is not good, you changed the driver side mirror, the part is bad quality, when you look in the mirror, you will see objects wavy.
