Try to sale me on new tires said they were bad when I told him I just bought them less than a year again I will go back he changed and said well they aren’t that bad but nothing was said about the brakes right after I left and got on the freeway and when I went to slow down my car was having a hard time and was stuttering and vibrating when I slowed down went to take the car to where I got the tires since I just go them he tired and was told my tires were good but my brakes and rotors were bad and the tires were on backwards I will not be using that quick service side again no wonder there is never anyone at that side

Not satisfied with the outcome when others told us what the problem was that caused the battery to go bad in such short period that we’ve had the vehicle. I feel it should have been covered under our extended warranty that we purchased. I definitely want to speak with someone soon or I will Honda Corp. with my issues.

Customer lounge bathroom needs a good total cleaning including the sink area. Otherwise my experience was good. Slightly under staffed around taco party lunches otherwise did good. Tried to buy a car but couldn’t find the vehicle for us on this visit. I like Hardin Honda for vehicle service maintenance so far.
