Extremely upset with my initial quote by Juan Ayala
Came in for a Service B 1 & 2
Got told that an oil filter replacement was $110 which is absolutely ridiculous. A Honda oil filter is $15. Had to tell the employee to remove it from my service due to the price, did not bother to explain why the filter was “$110.” Employee did not adjust the price and let me walk out the door, if this was a person who did not know how much a filter is they would have been robbed blind please fix the shady maintenance practice it’s not right.
Will not be coming back anytime soon, not until these scammers get replaced.
