Express Service was quick. I feel that I made an appointment 3 days ahead and the regular Service couldn’t accommodate me even though I received a priority text message. I was mad because they said it would take 5-6hrs because they were back up. Thank goodness for Express side but didn’t get my B1 service done.

I told them the button to my key and the metal key were broken and to fix both. They had my car for two days and only fixed the metal key. I think they had plenty of time to fix both problems and I’m not sure why they didn’t fix my FOB like we payed them a lot of money to do. When I called to schedule an appointment to come back from the fix it someone other than Cesar called me back saying Cesar would call me to schedule an appointment and he never called me.
