I understand that it was Saturday and everyone wanted to go home, but it seemed like they were in a rush and forgot to do some things and that has never happened before. When coming to pick up the car, it was founded last minute that the tire cap wasn’t put on and overlooked and was told we can come back Monday or do it ourselves. We also discovered that the spare tire wasn’t put back in the original spot but just thrown in the trunk. Again, this has never happened before but it’s an inconvenience now.

This was my first time at the express service and certainly my last, it felt off, I enjoyed that they took care of my car and it was done really fast, I only waited about 2 hours from opening with 5 cars ahead of me but I enjoy getting my car done across the street with the other guys, they make me feel more comfortable and they certainly do not take parts out of my car and come show them to me in a ziploc bag to ask me if I’d like to get the filters changed, a call or text would of been helpful but I felt like they did it on purpose to get more done on my car, I didn’t find it professional for them to do that to me and others in front of everyone, I felt like they put me in a vulnerable spot where I wouldn’t decline. Plus it was expensive, I literally will start doing filter changes myself but other than that I trust the others across the street to do my oil changes.
