I brought my car in for oil change service on 3/11/24. It was noted that I was in need of an oil inspection for a leak. On 3/13/24 I called to schedule the oil inspection and for a driver’s side sun visor installation. I also purchased the visor at Hardin. My appointment was scheduled for today at 7:00 am. When I got there I told service that I would wait for the car as I had an appointment and that I had appointments to take a disabled family member to that day. I was advised that an inspection may take ALL day. I waited for four hours and my car had not even been pulled in the service area. Disgruntled and my schedule would not allow me to wait any longer. I purchased the visor and asked for my car. Just then, I was told it had just been pulled in for service. Needless to say it was a big waste of time and no service was done to my car nor was the visor installed. Totally unsatisfied!

I went in at Honda just for an oil change and Liang was very helpful to let me know I also need to have my transmission fluid service soon, so while I was there might as well get it done. I’m very grateful for Mr liang letting me know. Harding Honda has a very affordable cost for oil change so I’ll be back again????
