Service was good but they made an error on the mileage. My car has 7521 and the paperwork mentions it had 17521. I do not know of this will affect my car in the future with warranty or if they will try to say I had put the mileage down.

Simon was great. He walked us through what my car needed in terms of maintenance and answered my questions. My only issue was with the website itself. I booked an appointment on the Express Service website but once I arrived at the Express Service, I was told those appointments are not honored as service is delivered in a first come, first served basis. This explanation should be made clear or the appointment feature should be removed from the Express Service site.
