Simon was great! I informed him that I was unable to pick up my vehicle until after 5 PM, after the express services we closed. So he coordinated it so I could pick up my vehicle next-door and took all the paperwork over there for me as well so I could still get my car the same day at a time that was ideal for me. Great customer service, communication, and very accommodating!

Adrian was very respectfull & polite. He was on top his game letting me know there was a rear brake special before I even mentioned I had a coupon. Upon being called to advise me my car was ready for pick up, he provided me more information about my nxt brake pad changie, I would need new rotors. I appreciate the information so I can prepare myself for a bigger expense the nxt time around. We live in East Whittier not too far from Ocean Honda but the service there is not always the best so we usually drive out to Hardin Honda because we enjoy it there! Thanx
