Very rude. It took more than 2 hours for oil change although I had an appointment. They did not put a sticker on my window for my next servi e. Also, the tire pressure alarm was on when I left. I went to another place to take care of it for me.

On a side note: calling your office on that so called phone tree/system ****!!!! Not very helpful and it directs you to outerspace and different extension!!!! Not very helpful at all. Please get rid of it or replace it with more of a customer friendly system!!!
