On Monday i had some serious mechanical issues with my recently bought 2024 Honda Pilot Trailsport and i called immediately for advice on the situation getting an appointment for Tuesday at 0900 hours i was at your service department at 0800 hrs i was attended by Cezar Menena and explained the problem i was told that i would have to leave the vehicle, so i was driven home by you courtesy driver. We spend the rest of the day awaiting for some news on what’s going to happen we received no call from no one in your office. On Wednesday after waiting most of the day for some kind of news at 1530 hrs my wife called and after few minutes of being on hold she spoked to David and he explained that after all the test that were done there were no problems showing. Nothing we can do about that. We have alway serviced our vehicle with the assistance Juan Ayala and he always kept us informed on everything happening. I understand that sometimes your are going to be occupied and short on man power, but only i asked that please understand my wife and i were just worried and concerned not knowing what changes to make, we only have that car for transportation. Sorry, us you can see im not very articulated, but don’t worried im still your client
