Initially I was a little taken back, my appointment was set for 7:00am, arrived at 6:55am, and we were let in 7:06am. In my car I had told myself that I would never again come to a smaller dealership. Last service parts were left in my car when I picked it up, so the lateness and line for this most recent appointment was the straw that broke it. Then the magic started, you employees started to get their rythm, kept their poise and what I thought would take much longer, was very quick. The service was even quicker, keep it up ????, you make me want to come back. Great work and thank you.
