You did not honor the appointment that you made. I had made an appointment for Friday at least a week in advance. The text messages I received promised priority service. WhenbI arrived at the scheduled time, I was told that nothing would be done before Tuesday. Even if I left and came back Tuesday nothing would be done for a few days. I Understand that you had a lot of cars, but an appointment is supposed to be a commitment to do the work at the agreed time.I definitely did not receive the promised priority service. This is unacceptable and it's a failure of management.

My servicer Jerry ended up rallying to make it right so nothing against him personally, I was just displeased with the amount of time it took for someone to look at my car considering two of the three issues were easy fixes. I get it gets busy, but 3 days for service on a vehicle seems excessive. While staff was nice time is valuable, so this would be something that turns me and others away from coming back.
