I am very dissatisfied with my overall service experience this time. When arrived I was told there will be an 3 hour wait (perviously I’ve only waited an hour and half, the most two hours) so I was ok with waiting 3 hours this time because I needed my car service and I had already came the week prior to try and get my car service and I was told the wait was long. I waited in the waiting area, now usually I would have been giving a call to give me an update on the status of my car, this time I had to call and it was past the 3 hours I’ve been waiting there. Adrian that helped me that day told me it will take another 30mins. Where I was sitting in the waiting area I can see my car has not still been worked on. After being there now for 4 hrs I called to check the status on my car nobody answered the phone, so I walked over to where Adrian was sitting to ask him the current status, he went to go check he came back to tell me it will be another 20mins. By this time I’ve already been there over 4 and half hours, mind you I could see they still haven’t started working on my car after being there that long. I so just told him I needed to go and I could just take my car. He went back there talked to the mechanics came back said just a little longer. When I walked back to the waiting area they finally worked on my car but they rushed everything. I could clearly see they just only did the oil change and didn’t do the full inspection also when they brought my car back out the mileage sticker to indicate when the next service should be done wasn’t on my window the washer fluid was not refilled. And at this point I paid for my transmission fluid to be flush I don’t feel like that was done. Now Adrian was very apologetic but it was only so much he could control but the mechanics could do better. And I come from LA to get my car serviced and since I purchased my car from you guys I felt it would be better to continue to go and get my car serviced there too but now I feel like I’ll just be better off going to a Honda close to my house instead
