I checked in at 8am. I was told comeback after 12. No shuttle ride by the way. I came back at 1:30pm. Car was not ready. The person told me 45 mins to 1 hour. I waited and waited, finally I took Uber and left. I called at 4pm. Car not ready. Have I stayed it would have been more than 1 hour like I was told. 4:30 I got a call that my car will be ready in 10 mins. Not happy with the experience at all. If the service adviser was up front and told me they need all day for an oilchange I would not be coming back at 1. Made an Uber trip for nothing. Wasted time and money.
