Almost 5 hours for an oil change… what is the point of making an appointment? There needs to be a more efficient system implemented for people that make an appointment for oil changes vs. just showing up. I am not happy with Hardin at all and if I didn’t have Honda Care, I certainly would take my business elsewhere.
