I brought my car in to have the fuel pump replaced as per the recall I was notified about. When I was first called that my car was ready I asked if the fuel pump had been replaced and I was told that only the oil had been changed. I explained that I had only brought it in for the recall issue and ended up having to wait several more hours for the fuel pump to be replaced.

Couple things:
- About 20 minutes into my drive after picking up my vehicle, my dashboard indicated a “Low Tire Pressure” signal. Wasn’t this something that was checked? Or am i wrong?
- I didn’t know my Car Charger was necessary for this maintenance, and I did not know the employees who were going to work on my car were going to grab it from my glove compartment. It was not placed back where it was grabbed from as I saw it on the passenger seat floor when I picked it up. Was this necessary?
- Every dealership I go to always “washes” my car after a maintenance of this type, I was surprised that my car was not cleaned after, shouldn’t have that been included?

Chris always gives me a great experience at Honda. I moved to Corona a few years back and at the time I thought it was a good idea to change my service to the local Honda. After a few bad experiences there I chose to come back to trusted Hardin Honda. Chris has only reminded me how customer service should be! It is worth the 20-30 minute drive to Hardin Honda because of Chris.

Chris Montag is awesome what els can I say that I hope all y’all know by now. He alway gives his customers a welcoming Experience, he gives me valuable information about my vehicle and if he can will get you set back on the road quick as possible. I came in this day to get an oil change but I remember our last experience he did mention that my tires are ready for an upgrade. So he really hooked me up with all that and it was in a good timely manner really cool guy that goes above and beyond for his customers. I really can’t say anything bad about him except for the fact that he likes Anaheim Angels, but I’mma let that one pass because the man delivers a great job and his crew too.
