Completely disappointed with my experience from day one thru the day day I picked up my vehicle. The communication between the advisor, drive off manager and service manager was terrible. The delivery of my car was terrible as well. Had to email the owners about my experience and still no response.

Zac ( who helped me) and the others guys are so nice and knowledgeable and everything goes smoothly but according to the recall mail I received for the Pilot 2024 it mentioned it would take 30 minutes. I don’t know if you noticed that I had earlier appointment the week before for the same issue but when I arrived the employee told me it would take around 5 hours ( the appointment was around 11 Am) so I need to wait 5 hours or they can ask for me for a car for going but I have to find a solution for returning back to pick up my car. Then I asked if you have any vehicle I can borrow because I have only 1 car and I need to pick up some inventory for my shop and the answer was negative. One of the reasons that encourages me to buy Honda is the service they give when I used to go with my uncle and this how they used to do, so I don’t know if Honda stopped that service or I got screwed.
