Had a 10am appt to install front license plate holder that I purchased there. Was asked to leave my car for two hours. I had to call at 3 PM to get an update since I hadn’t heard back only to be told my car would be worked on next. Not sure why it wasn’t worked on first since I had a 10 AM appointment.
I had to come home at 10:30 AM, got a ride to go back to drop off the car. My whole day was inconvenienced.
