Everything was great! My car was taken care of and everything was professionally done. I spent a little more than I expected but know my car is safe and my family will be too.

I was informed before scheduling the service appointment that a shuttle would be available which was very important so I could get back to work. The morning of the appointment after mu vehicle was checked in, I was informed it would take about 30 minutes for a shuttle pick up. I noticed that ETA had not been checked but trusted the information was given. 30 minutes later, had to check back in on shuttle availability and was informed it would take another 45 minutes or more. No other accommodations were offered and I was forced to get an uber which made me late for work. I will not be using Honda Hardin for service in the future and would not recommend this dealership for anyone.
