Everyone I encountered at Hardin Honda treated me with the utmost respect and courtesy, and I was very impressed indeed! I purchased a used 2002 Ford Focus in early November, and I had to bring it in after only a couple weeks because the check engine light came on. Chris Montag and the manager Khanary treated me as if I had purchased a brand new top-of-the-line Honda, which in the end is the TRUE essence of superior customer service. They not only honored the 50/50 warranty, they provided me with a brand new Civic to drive while I waited for my car to be fixed, and were sincerely apologetic for the delays and inconvenience.
I have only wanted one car for years, and that is the Honda CRV. This experience has confirmed UNEQUIVOCALLY where I will purchase my new car in a couple years, regardless of where I live at the time. In addition, I will recommend Hardin to EVERYONE who is looking to purchase a vehicle of any kind.
I thank Hardin Honda from the bottom of my heart for everything you did to make both of these experiences as pleasant as possible. You have a customer and fan for life!!

Byron (service advisor) was friendly and professional. He did his best to address my concerns which I appreciate. The only concern not corrected under warranty are the 2 DRL (high beam) bulbs which has a brown discoloration to them. Byron said the mechanic told him it was normal since one of their has it. However, upon leaving the dealership, I walked over to the new Odyssey on the lot and none have them. I then brought this up to Byron and together we walked over to exam those Odyssey which none have the brown discolorations. My 2016 Odyssey purchase brand new, from Hardin, in 8/2016 & driven only 2,500 miles on it now did not originally have this discoloration. My understanding of bulbs when new should be clear and bright. I also noticed other fairly new Odyssey that I come across do not have this issue. FYI, the discoloration does not go away...even if you shut of the headlight over night. I hope Hardin Honda will look into this matter again. I do believe I will still contact Hardin Honda for near future (2017) new vehicle purchase. I had a good experience with Mathew (salesman) and Byron(service advisor).
