car was ready when promised
I appreciate the texts and updates but I never got one that actually said that my car was ready. The last one just said "Update: JOANN your Honda is right on track. Please contact us if you have any questions. Hardin Honda" It'd be great if you could text that it is ready for pick up.
I knew exactly what it would cost before the work was done.
