I cannot praise Marwin enough. In over 40 years of having to deal with car repairs and dealers I have never dealt with a Service Advisor so helpful, informative and having a positive, friendly attitude. He explained everything clearly, keeping costs down where he could and even gave available discounts I wasn't even aware of. He even volunteered a loaner car when the repairs went over a day. Topping it off, he called exactly when he said and my car was done exactly when he said. I would nominate Marwin for employee of the month except he should be employee of the year! Please acknowledge him somehow.
