Really great service here. Not just on the car, but also with all of the staff, they're very kind and patient. I was surprised that I was remembered from the last time I came in about 6 months ago. I also really like your waiting room. It's not cramped and it seems to be kept up really well.

Jim was awesome! Not only did he explain everything in a way that I understood, he really went above and beyond. I had originally thought my front charger wasn't working but Jim took me over to the car and brainstormed other solutions to the problem since the charger was actually working. He also helped me get lunch since my car took awhile. Jim has wonderful customer service skills and is a genuinely great person.
